Loop, the only produce transport service connecting farmers to richer market opportunities while saving them time and money, aims to change that. Exploring insights focused on efficiency and brand recognition, our team formalized the startup by elevating its core value proposition, crafting a brand vision, and designing an operational strategy blueprint for both internal executors and external customers.
The work spanned organizational mapping, service design, brand identity, and a strategic rollout framework — giving Loop the systems foundation it needed to scale.
