The Project

"Today's youth are stuck in a constant vortex of social pressures, expectations, perceived isolation, and an unknown future."

While national concern for youth mental health continues to rise, the methods for addressing it have remained relatively stagnant. Redesigning mental health from a youth perspective, our team created a brand and concept space focused on offering young people a moment of reset — a place to go within, take ownership of their needs, and reach out on their own terms.

The deliverable was an Experience Playbook: a cohesive yet flexible blueprint for the allcove team to implement as they scale nationally — covering brand, space, service, and experience design across every touchpoint.

My Role

As Project Lead, I managed partners and design teams to deliver the Experience Playbook — ensuring it was rigorous enough to be a real operational guide, and flexible enough to work across very different geographies and communities.
